And what are you supposed to be doing in this game. All I do is click on continue?

What you do is make a name, go to training grounds, leave the page there. It refreshes every 5 sec. That will give you Skill points (SP) and you can spend them on Attack (AP), Defense (DP), or Health (HP). Then you can challenge people and try to kick their ass :) You can also join a team and do team battles. Occaisionally when training, you will have to put in a number sequence that it gives you to make sure there are no trainers being used. The higher your XP is, the higher level you can train at. It's not for everyone.... but i think it's fun. Everybody has their own opinion.

Sweet. I let it sit there, but I didn't know how to make the AP, DP, and HP go up. The site doesn't really explain how to do all that.

Just go to help on the bottom of the main page(town square) for all the info on what does/is what.
