Maxima bumper guard?

Hi. I just seen a Nissan Maxima with the really cool chrome rear bumper guard. It was maybe 2 inches wide and wrapped around the bumper with a perfect fit I thought it might be a factory accessory it fit so good but I check NissanUSA.com and it doesn't list it. If the guy would have stopped I would have asked him where he gotten it but he didn't. Does anyone know what type of guard that is? Maybe its brand name? Any info would really be appreciated.
