Service Manuals regarding ECU testing

I have the brake lamp light on, ABS light on, and Check engine light on. My car is in super nice condition, clean in and out, but these lights are on. Very Annoying.

I need help with this, and know nothing about ECU Testing. DO any of you know where I can get help with step by step testing and what to look for. I have the test code chart. I jsut need to test it. If your in the Houston area, and know imports, it be great if you could lend a brother a hand and help me. Websites? anything will rock!

there is a place on the ECU where you are supposed to short it with a paperclip and then watch the check engine light, note how many times it flashes. Also check your brake fluid, check for a short in your e-brake switch...
