Lambo for 2004 Le Mans?

According to the latest autosport mag, Lambo are thinking of making a car for the GT category at Le Mans in 2004. Is this true?

I surelly don't know... anyway Audi has great experience (and victories) at LeMans and Lamborghini's are not really race cars, so I think Audi would only prepare a Lamborghini for LeMans if they wanted to prove the versatility of the car and give to know more of the Lambo brand to the world.
As for me, bring them on! Even if Lambos don't get to win, it sure is cool to watch them on track !!! :)

thats a good question. i would put my money on the gallardo, until this 'third' lamborghini comes out.

I dont know about the gallardo or the murci but the GTR's are for sure, never seen other than diablos and coutach in the race track, by the way any one knows when's the lambo supertrophy and where ?

it was that newer model lamborghini claimed a while ago, i hope it will come out, its suppoed to be like 700bhp and light from what i heard :)
