yo just curious to see what type of oil and brand that you use...for my self i own a 95 civ stock motor around 130 thousand miles and run castrol syntic 10w40..is that bad..its what my dad useses soo y not...im just curious what u guys put in your motor and which u think is best performance and protection..

I use redline... Its the shit. Only $8.00 a quart!

I use Quaker State 5W30 in mine. runs smooth, no complaints.

I use Castrol GTX 10W-40 in the motor and the manual transmission.
I put Castrol 20W-50 in my girlfriend's whipped-to-shit '82 Accord.

PS-I'm too cheap for synthetics...plus I always drive 80 and 85 on the Interstate (75 MPH speed limit), so I burn a quart per month.

I use Castrol GTX 5w-30, though before I owned my car it was always run on 10w-30.
