Torque settings

I know this is a dumb question but what torque setting should the torque wrench be set at when tightening the wheel nuts??

98 - 118 N-m
10 - 12 kg-m
72 - 87 ft-lbs

I put mine to 80ft-lbs. Right smack down the middle of what George posted.
