My AF time

My mom is going in for surgery on Wednesday, and I may not have much time after running the house for AF. Since most of you are so enraptured with my presence (not :) ) I thought I'd let everyone know why I might not be on as often as usual...

I'll try to get on at school as often as possible to keep track of what's going on, but nothing is guarateed.

(That and MY computer has decided to die, and I only have at home internet on the family computer which isn't exactly private...)

yeah when i was in hopital for like a month, i didnt go on the computer at all and when i got back i had about 300 emails, most of them were junk mail mind, but they still took alot of time to delete

cystic fibrosis.......
i first went in for a bad chest infection i had, then one of the antibiotics i was on gave me an allergic reaction that closed down my kidneys, was in intensive care for two weeks, i cant remember any of it :)

Tangie...I will say a prayer for your mother. Hope everything goes well :) My mom's got rescheduled for tomorrow (well later today actually). We have to be at the hospital before 6:00 so I guess I better get me arse to bed.

The surgeries aren't supposed to be too complex w/in themselves, but she is going in for multiples, so that's why I'm a little worried... She's having surgery on a hernia, on her gallbladder, and something else intestinal... like a blockage or something...

I'll try to let everyone know how things go!

Good news! I got a voicemail from my dad saying that the surgery itself went well, and that they were wheeling her into recovery...

Nope, she'll be in the hospital for atleast another 4 days...

Then when she comes home she won't be allowed to lift anything and she'll be on a strictly liquid diet for a while.

And again, I thank everyone for putting my mind at ease :)
