great chop man, excellent work, i really like that paint job too.

yo thats a really nice chop.........but i got one question.....where did u get the paint job decal thing from.....like you didnt make it did you?....and if you didnt i was wondering if you could send me the link of where you get that kinda stuff from.......like i can get the small decals......i want some really sick ass ones that go over the whole car.......

Yeah I did the paint line from scratch by using the polygonal lasso. I got the idea from the paint on this car:

But for custom paint templates searching tatoo design websites on Google for tribal and flame ones are a good bet (even though the first few pages of results are usually popup sites). Like here's one i bookmarked that has a few cool ones... http://www.tattoonow.com/Tattoo-Designs/Tribal/.
