I saw a jet black Gallardo fly past me (going the opposite way)… it looked incredible, very stealthy in black… and the sound was something else too… no doubt about it, it’s much better looking than the Murci now that ive seen it in the flesh

Are you sure about that? I didn't think they were out yet, but I may be wrong.

Very cool... I'm not so sure about it being better looking than the Murci...
And plus I kinda have less respect for it because it is more Audi than Lamborghini. But a very nice sighting and hopefully I'll get to see one in person soon.

Maybe 'cos it was in black that it looked so evil.. Ive seen many Murci's but not in black, at least not in motion... and trust me the Gallardo looked out of this world...
i tend to prefer the philosophy behind the Gallardo over that of the Murci; its about time Lambo built a small, real-world supercar to take on the 911Turbo and Ferrari's small-car. I bet the Gallardo would give the Murci a very hard time on a twisty mountain road

About a month ago they bought a Gallarado on a New Zealand/Japan tour- Jet black and they showed it to the press at Independent Prestige (NZ's only Lamborghini dealer) I caught wind of it and saw it from the outside of the showroom- it looks amazing in the metal  They reckon it;ll be launched here around about October :bigthumb:
