My car wont start, this has never happened before. I mean sometimes it wont start, but i figure i just flooded it, wait like 5 mins and it starts. Well i been waiting like 20 mins, damn thing wont start. It will turn over, but will not actually start. I don't think it's the battery, cuz my 15 will still hit, and i know that takes a lot of power. Please help. I'm stuck at my friends house.

What mods have you done? Anything with ignition? Mine did the same, but it was my battery...some lights still worked though, so that threw me off.

Strange...glad to hear it's starting again. But like you said it might happen again soon. How old is the battery? And does the battery light come on at all?

Well when i have like the key turned to accessory or whatever its called, when the cars not on, but the lights and cd player works and everything, the oil light and battery lights light up. But i just changed the oil, so i know its not low. So i'm guessing they just come on all the time when the car is off. Cuz when i turn it on, they go off. I don't think the battery is bad. I mean it has no trouble turning over, but it just doesnt start.

Mine was doing the same thing, but not everything worked while the key was in the first postition. But how many miles has it been since you changed the battery?

Its sounds kinda of like your "main fuel relay". Do some research on the web, and this/other forums for it. If you can't find any thing let me know, I have a site or two talking about this, unfortunaly i'm at work and Don't have them. Good luck.

No, i havent figured out the problem, ive been two busy worrying about coming up with the money for my swap. Do you know how hard it is to come up with 4 grand when ure 17? I dunno, ill been changing the plugs soon, and maybe everything will work out. (Ya, like that EVER happens)

Does the engine just crank and crank and not start?
If so, get your starter and selenoid checked.
If it just goes "clunk" or "click, click" and nothing happens change your battery.
Also, change your distributor cap, rotar, spark plugs and wires.
Wouldn't hurt to change your fuel filter either.
Good luck.

It's more than likely your main relay. They tend to short out and when it's hot, or the passenger compartment is hot, the engine will turn over but won't start, because the relay won't relay correctly. You can replace the relay yourself in about 20 minutes. It's located under the dash in the left hand side, behind the change tray. It's a $50 part depending on the dealer. Check out these links

The last one shows you pictorially how to replace the relay.

I finaly found the site I mention in my pervious post.
This site actualy tell you how to fix the old relay, so you don't have to
spend money on a new one.

I did it my self 3 months ago, and I haven't had a problem since.

Good Luck.
