So when you guys are swapping, what do u do when your disconnecting the radiator and all that shit, where things start spraying out, i know you can rent some sort of machine that sucks it out but does anyone actually do that and where do u rent it from?

The correct way to do it : Evacuate the system

Just get an oil drain pan and undo that petcock on the side. Shit will leak all over your crossmember but eventually will go into the pan.

A/C equipment can evacuate the system properly. Most people dont have a $4,000 machine sitting in their garage. Your best bet would be to take it somewhere that does A/C work. Whatever shop you choose should charge very little for this. Jiffy Lube can even do it & I think they charge like $20, thats 1 thing not even Jiffy Lube could mess up.

jiffy lube overcharged my shit when i got the r134a conversion done and caused me to blow a compressor :comprage1

He said they couldnt screw up the evacuation, not the whole conversion.
