1998 4Runner SR5 Fender Flares

I am interested in upgrading my black plastic fender flares to the larger flares that are painted (like the limited package) has anyone done this? Is it possible? I have a 1998 Anthracite SR5 4WD. Any ideas on what part numbers are necessary to make this change?

I want to do the same thing and i cannot seem to find any information on that.
