airbag light

for some reason my airbag light has came on and it wont shut off now,any ideas why it is on???please help.

Many different possibilities, but the most common is either the Seat Belt Tensioner for the driver seat or the Seat Occupancy Detector for the pass seat. The Occupancy mat is a little more labor considering its under the leather of the seat. The Belt Tensionser is easy, pull the seat, unbolt the T55 screw and slide the wire out that you disconnected under the seat to pull the seat out.
