Selling the shell

My buddy has a 90 hatch base model, his timing belt snapped on his way to Harrisburgh, so the engine is shot. He wants to sell it but we don't really have a good idea of what it's worth without a running engine, any one know how to find out what the actual value of the car is. the body is in decent condition.
