exhaust pipe shifted

I have a 97 grand am gt coupe and i noticed that one of my exhaust pipes is against the side of the car and scrathing and almost burnig the side of where it is rubbing against. My other exhaust pipe is centered and is fine, what is going on and how can i fix this???
