Liberty Mutual, $125 per month, full coverage, '94 Accord EX, 21y/o. (I hear most companies give discounts once you reach 21, I'm assuming that's true, since I seem to have an excellent rate.)

$40 / month liability only with Allstate.
- 1988 Accord LX 5-speed
$160 / month full coverage with State Farm (probably switching to Allstate soon -- they quoted me $20 less).
- 1995 Del Sol DOHC VTEC
Graduated HS in '98
24 yrs old - not married.
No wrecks or tickets ... so far. :bigthumb:
I have over three years experience.
Having driver's education and a defensive driving class also affects insurance rates. Usually lowers it some. Better than none.

I just got my Accord and the cost is $400 a year for liability.
I am 37 though and have two homes and two other vehicles on my policy and I am married....I may just opt for full coverage in a month or two..

$70 a month for Liability.
I've had:
1. License suspended for a year
2. 2 Non-injury accidents before I got my license
3. Caught twice driving with suspended license
4. Speeding ticket (pending defensive driving)
I don't think my rate is too bad considering...

they should make insurance rates higher for stupid people. maybe start it off just a little bit more than average if u're kinda dumb, but if you're really dumb you have to pay a shit load. stupid people do a lot of stupid things while driving so i think it's justifiable. while they're at it they should do it the same way for ugly people. :bloated:

IMO every person with a driver license should go through a driving school to learn car control & what a car is capable of. If you cant pass the test, then NO driving. There are way too many bad drivers on the raod screwing up everything for the average drivers. Just keep loading up the air bags & people think they have nothing to fear.

I completely agree. Try driving in Atlanta -- the roads are infested with bad drivers all running bumper to bumper at 95mph spread across eight lanes. :frown:
And what's worse is I've been driving the "invisible car" since I got my license. Nobody ever looks before turning or changing lanes around me, and turn signals are a fabled myth.

I heard that Atlanta road sUx0rs. I was thinking that auto makers need to just drop the turn signal too. No one ever seems to use thm anymore. I'm thinking of adding a green police beacon to the top of my car and running it everytime I'm on the road...

3)no discount ... three speeding tickets in four months... one stop sign violation... and one month ago totaled my maxima, and two other peoples' cars. The only discount I ever got was because I had 2 airbags, security device and belonged to AAA.

got license since 17,
was step 13 or 12 when renewed insurance plan for yr of 2003
2 hit&run + 1 vandalism claim
no accidents
175/month
next yr's gonna be higher cuz just got 2 moving traffic violation, one for speeding, the other one was a 2'ser: lane violation and unsafe turn
would be much less if i didn't live in boston, taxxasuetts.
