Gas Mileage

New to this forum, greetings to all.

Question on gas mileage- i've got a 2001 CL Type S. I used to get anywhere from 20-22 MPG city and 29-31 highway, to average out at 25 MPG. Now, I'm getting like 13-15. Anyone else experience this issue, and any ideas on what it might be? Using the same gas, same driving style, etc. Out of nowhere though, mileage got a LOT worse.

Thoughts?

Could be a bad oxygen sensor sending the wrong signal to the ecm. It's only about $20 to replace so I'd try that. If the car seems to be running the same its probably in the ecm or in its sensors. Of course you could try replacing the plugs in the unlikely event that their fouled; but if this was the case the engine would seem to beSundance Gold XXX running right.
