you mean in the quality of the modeling? or the quality of the molds. If I'm not mistaken those are all Tamiya molds and will be top-of the line

the 2 GTRs will be the same to make as the only real difference between them is the coloring. I have made the loctite zexel GTR and it was a fun build, can't comment on the Hondas though as i have never made 1

I read somewhere that Castrol NSX's front bumper is really hard to paint.

They're really the same, the NSX's a little more complex because they have engine detail, but I've got the Pennzoil GTR and for some reason it seems likeits body detail is more complex to make up for it. The Castrol NSX the most challenging because it will require you to mask and paint 3 colors on the body (I have that kit, but lost the instructions so it is being scavenged. Looking at the decal sheet, it looks like you'll have to paint red in addition to the black and green) but I may be mistaken about that. Regardless, it will take at least two, and that's one more color over the Mobil 1 car.
That said, after comparing what's left of my Catrol NSX with the Pennzoil GTR, the GTR seems a little crisper in the body, with finer details, but it's pretty negligible, and only because the cars were released a few years apart. They're all about the same, quality wise, but I'd bet my bottom dollar that the NSX's would try your patience a little more.
