sup fellas
i've got a 96 240sx and i plan to do a s15 conversion later on.
but for now i want to keep the exterior pretty much stock while i work on my motor. one thing that bothers me are the headlights...they are so dull...do u guys know where i can get clearer headlights that will fit my stock 96' 240sx? i don't want to change the exterior at all ...just want to replace the headlights with ones that look nicer. im not sure if its dull just cause of age either so maybe i just need to replace it at a dealer...i need to know where i can get them too.

thanx for ur help and suggestions

UKDM = United Kingdom Domestic Market...

Aka, Europe and they aren't cheap.

Anyone have some decent pics showing the difference. I can't find one on my comp and I have like 5903829040 240 pics. All are American or Japanese...were the clear only available in uk? The jap lights do look a little different, but not much.

Is it like see-through (like the s15s lights) or just kinda foggy still?

Oh, I've seen those a lot...I was hoping for more clear...ah well. Still looks better than the stock us spec lights. If they cost a lot though I couldn't see spending all the extra cash for a slight difference...

Exactly what I said. They are around the 500 dollar range for a set from Nissan, and even the breakers in the UK still charge upwards of 300 bucks for them. A bit too much for a heavier set of headlights.

I'll stick to buffing out the yellow.

why cant you just clean the headlight that is in there? I have heard, not sure, but i have heard that you can somehow clean your headlights with vinager. I am not sure how but it sounds about right cause i bet it gets ride of mold and such... Good luck. Then if your headlight gets messed up you have a reason to buy 500 dollar headlights:lol:
