Installation of cams and gears

How hard is it to install new cams, such as ITR ones, with AEM gears?
Can I do this myself or should I take it to a shop? How long will it take to do?

doing camshaft and cam gears yourself will too hard...you have to know where is the top dead center...it is possible to do it yourself but i dont recommend it
