HELP! What car would you go for?

Ok my max price is about 35,000 (could go a tiny higher)

I need a car with a good about of HP, sporty, and would prefer a stick.

Also, I need one in which the insurance wouldn't be like off the roof.

What country are you in? 35000 yen can get you a nice matchbox car. US 35000 can put you in a lot of nice cars.
