I have a 95 firebird, the passenger window is slow but works....the driver window has problems....push the button and it may move 2-5 inches or may go all the way down...but if it sticks, you have to wait 2-5 minutes and then push the button again...it may take 2 or 3 times to get the window all the way up. I have replaced the switch and the power window module under the dash.
any help out there?

LOL, no offense but this in no way seems like an electrical problem. I have a similar problem with my 1995 Eagle Vision. The passenger window goes down but slow. If the engine isn't runing and the power isn't comming from the alternator, the window gets stuck half way. This is due to the fact that the battery can't supply constant 100% power. The windows on our cars are probably getting stuck because in the past, the car doors were probably rammed by some fagget (as it states in my car's history book). The window frame has probably slightly shifted, causing the window to have a hard time moving up and down with the weak power motors.
My suggestions are (that i should follow myself LOL) that:
1. Replace the window motor with a more powerful one in order to do the job because that usually works.
2. Check to see if the window frame has shifted by slightly loosening it to see if it makes it easier for the motor to raise or lower the window.
3. SMASH YOUR WINDOW AND DOOR AND COMPLETELY REPLACE IT BY BLAMING IT ON SOME FLAMER IN YOUR NEIGHBOURHOOD!

I had a 97 f150 that had the same problem. In the winter time, you could barely get that sucker to move. There was a spot about 1/2 way down that it really bogged. I figured it was just a tight fit against the modling.
I never really examined it b/c it was on the passenger side and never affected me. I had a friend with the same truck and he had the same problem.
