engine light on

The service engine light is comes on time you start my 96 s-10. I took it to AutoZone and they checked it and they got a P0113 code whitch all they could tell me was that it ment Intake air temp circuit high input want does that mean and what do i need to do to fix it.

it stays on? the whole time? if its under warnty just take it in to a chevy dealer even if its not just take it in and ask whats up.

The Intake Air Tempature sensor is mounted on the air intake duct from the air filter to the throttle body..check and see if the connector is plugged into the sensor!
90% of the P0113 codes I see are caused by unplugged sensors.
