I cant understand why a group of civics and other various FF cars is stealing the club name from a DRIFTING anime. Im not honda bashing or anything...i just recently was given one so thats where i am now. It just doesnt make any sense.

I thought to be like takumi you needed to pay 5 thousand dollars on a panda colored over-priced hachiroku? You guys do it with your civics?

heh
thoughts?

well first off ... i did own a hachi so i know there not 5 grand. infact i paid a grand primered and a one shot paint job to make it panda would only cost me about another grand. so 2k = panda hachi.

and as for copying the name, if you notice from Initial D ... only ONE car used the grip style of driving rather then drifting and that was a skyline if i remember right. damn the memories from like over a year ago! anyways its not one of the clubs in init D was called team lonely drivers, it was the three friends from the Akina SpeedStars that made up lonely drivers. We are a group of friends that form ... Team Lonely Drivers. its not a normal car club with the ideal of being the best cause we know we have takumi to lead us to victory. Were just a bunch of friends that follow a code of conduct to show how it should be done. thats basicly it.

Sounds good.

But you have to admit that the value of hachis is going up as that anime becomes more popular. Ive seen GT-S rollas (even SR5) who's owners think they can charge more (not just paint expenses) for their panda colored 86. Just try to find a 86 no matter what condition for under 3k in socal.

I think that you supported my point with that 1 grip driver thing, or i just cant understand what you wrote.

Clubs are cool, just kinda curious.
