Help with tires rubbing

I am new to this and my 00 gsr has 18 in rims and been lowered about 1 1/2 in i have some problems with my rear tires rubbing when i corner hard any thing i can do about it

First, my opinion is you sell those and buy some smaller lighter wheels. But that's just my opinion. You can go to a body shop and ask them to roll your fenders for you. Don't do the baseball bat trick. That'll just crack the hell out of your paint unless you are very lucky. There's a possibility that the body shop may crack the paint too, but those are the risks you gotta take. Also, if you don't already, you could put some condom tires on it.

Get some smaller wheels 17 max i would go 16's but if you gotta roll 18's then get ready fork out money to loose performance and have em' do like loesch said.

I have a '97 integra with 17s that rub sometimes. 18 is a little big for an integra to accomodate... If you haven't already, try putting on some strut bars to stabilize body roll. I think that is all you can do without modifying the fenders. Going with 17s is a better bet, but it is totally up to you. Good luck.
