Thermostat ralated need help

Well i replaced my thermostat becouse my car was overheating.Well know the car wont start.I also bolted down the ground so i dont know why the fuck it wont turn on.But theres a wire that is loose but it looks similar to the ground but i dont know where it goes.

Its most likely another ground wire.

Thats what i thought becouse its right next to the gound wire in the termostat.
