Carbon Fiber

Hey guys i'm having alot of trouble with my carbon fiber pattern. Well it works and everything but it dosnt look good at all and it dosnt even look like a carbone fiber hood. If one of you guys could pm me or post up a link to your carbon fiber pattern in adobe photoshop that would be awesome :D:icon16:

well, go to www.rcconceptsforum.tk and as i see you have allready registered, so i thank you for doing that, and then go to the tutorial section, and then CF tutorial, and in it tells u how to do it, and allso gives u a pattern.

if u need any help, just post it over there.

:D Awesome but i am having a little trouble. I finished the pattern and all i have is a black image? is that what your supposed to get? and then ontop of that how do i add it to the car? I know going import > pdf image works but it dosnt place the pattern on the item i selected. It just makes a new window for it. any help would be appreciated:bigthumb:

actually there CF tut is harder to use, i tryed it..

i still think the hood dosnt look that great but i'm going to keep working at it :D:bigthumb:

the reason it doesnt look amazing......is because you have to shrink the pattern using the free transform option........because that shrink the pattern down.......and also remember to twirl the layer too.......because it doesnt look like you did that..........
