MPFI swap - Wiring ECU?

Hi,
I am wiring my ECU for MPFI and I cut C1 and C2 wires.
I know I gotta run wires from both of them to the engine bay.
But Do you reconnect where u cut C1 and C2 then just tap the engine bay wires into it?
Also anyone got any tips on how to depin those wires.
I removed the white clips but i still cant depin them even with a needle.

I don't believe you solder anything else to that side.
Depinning the ECU is a bitch. My brother did it for me and what he seemed to do was there is like a hole in the center of you look at the plug from the ECU side (as opposed to wire side) and he pryed the metal he saw up and it came out.
