SR20DET ECU WIRNG PROBLEM(long)

My brother has a '93 240 that he converted to a silvia engine(red top) and all. He has been having problems with the eingine going lean at high RPMS. Anyway he had the computer reprogrammed by JWT with like a 50 bar program and he hasn't been able to have the consult read the ecu. We first thought the computer was the problem until they took it out and connected to another sr ecu and they were able to hook up the consult to it no problem. So my bro went through the wiring and reapiared some of the crappy connections that were made. We figured that the main problem was that he wasn't getting enough voltage to the MAF and other things. The MAF wsa only getting about 10 volts when it was suppose to be getting closer to 12. So we to one of the power wires that connects to ecu relay connected directly to power leads for the MAF, Crank angle sensor. Now the voltage is correct but the ecu stays on all the time. He says that the car runs alot better than before. We can't figure out why the relay isn't putting out the 12 volts like it should. If any can help with this, that would be great.

I had a similar problem with the relays on my rb26dett swap. I wasnt getting full power past the relays. I had eccs and ignition relays run from the same power wire and ran into the same problem I then took the relays and ran power from seperate supplys and cured the problem along with other triggered problems.
