Starting problems

My car wont start for sh!t. (1992 integra). i replaced my starter and bad battery cable in hopes to fix it but no go. i can easily bump start it but for some reason i cant jump start it through jumper cables. the battery is full and all the electrical runs good. n e ideas?
n e 91-93 integra owners have similar problems/solutions?
