Do you want magazines that are in 1/24 scale like for a diorama, or do you want magazines that cover the topic of scale modelling in 1/24 scale?

uh, got a high quality printer? Just get a pic from there website, C&P the pic into micro soft word, resize to right size, and print. tada!

IF you want a high quality image save the photo as a BMP not a JPG.
JPEGS are compressed the Bitmap will be a larger file but its best for print quality

try a search on ebay, my buddy got his there, said a couple of guys offer stuff like that
