whats up? I've got a 92 civic DX. It's not too bad. I was looking to install a beefed up intake manifold, from maybe a 99 SI. Its all about air flow right? Anyway, anything that you can suggest would be helpful. Can it be done. I'm not sure about the bolt patterns on the manifold.

well actually i may be wrong but the dx came with a d series motor ( i know that part is right cause i ahve a 94 dx ) and the si has a b series motor so, and this is the part im not to sure about but, the b series and d series are not interchangable so no it wont work, BUT what you could do is get an ex manifold and that will work on yours cause the ex has a d16 and the si has a b16.. so i hope that is the answer you were looking for, and i dont know why you havent gotten a reply yet... all the guys in here i thought would have jumped all on this one...

ok, thanks for the info. But wouldn't it be possible to somehow port the manifold or the intake ports to fit? or is the whole setup screwed? I know that one of my friends stuck a 1.8L acura manifold into an accord. added like a good 15HP.
