Performance Upgrades?

I have a 04 JGC Freedom Edition 4WD w/4.0L engine. Is there anything I can do to improve the performance? (exhaust, intake, computer?). If you have any of these improvements, what was gained? (how much HP, fuel mileage, etc.)

I have A JGC 4.0, and it's fast like a mother@#$*!, I put a Gibson exhaust system, an air intake system and a speedchip, then i lowered it 3 inches. It increased the car by 60hp im not too good with gas milage knowledge, but i can tell you its very fast, if you decide to do those things lower your jeep a couple of inches, cause you can turn over at a high velocity...

I have put my Jeep through so many high speed corners both on and off road and its has NEVER come close to tipping.... NEVER! If you give your Jeep more ponies you put them to use offroad more than on. Jeeps have a very low center of gravity for a 4x4 and they have plenty of ground clearance stock. By lowering you JGC you have just cut its balls off! DAMN YOU!

Hesco 4.7L Stroker kit.....

For simple stuff, Rusty's Cat back, K&N in the stock air box(the open CAI are a total waste of money for the Jeep), throttle body spacer, and a header if you didnt get one stock.

The chips for 4.0L are useless BTW. They add only about 2-4hp with no low or mid range improvement. They only lower your gas mileage and kill you for emmissions.

I agree the chip modules are a waste of money and suck your gas.
A free flow exhaust and a good K&N filter are the way to go.
