Just got an '03 Sonoma and I was wondering what size tires will fit with 18" wheels. I am planning to do a 2/3 drop on the truck as well. Also where can I find a billet grill that is not just an insert?

well...i have an 02 which is the same thing... I have 245/40/zr18 on it, you will lose some turning, and the back fits just fine
