AC / Heater controls

I've posted a few times with radiator problems and with help have solved most of them. The problem I am having now is with the climate control cluster, when in ac and I turn up the heat nothing happens (continues to blow cold air) when I take it out of ac and put it into just heat, the air blows cool. Any Ideas?
