On 94 and newr stangs the fuel pump relay, low speed, high speed fan relay and ECM relay are all contained in a sealed box known as the CCRM (constant control relay module) It is located between the overflow bottle and the radiator. You have to replace the whole thing($120) or if your cheap, drill the pop rivets out, pop open the box and solder a new relay in.

The CCRM is attached to the bracket the holds the radiator overflow bottle. If you look behind the bottle, between it and the radiator. The ccrm is a square shaped box about 7"x 6" and about 2" thick. It has a big wire harness plugging into to it, held on with a small bolt. The CCRM looks very much like the cars computer, which is in the kick panel. Let me know if this helps. What makes you suspect the fuel pump relay being bad?

I have been messing with that box, is the relay located inside the box, the Ford Company told me the relay is $15.00 dollars, the reason i suspect the relay not being any good is that I drove the car the I think I shorted the wire by touching it to something the fuel pump doesnt turn on anymore.

Yup, he fuel pump relay is supposed to be inside the box, but there are several different relays inside the box. Not sure how you pinpoint which one is the pump.
Did you check all your fuses first to see if one blew? fuses under the hood and the ones under dash?
