i work at a steroe shop, and when we get a bad product, we have to pay shipping to send it back. it is nothing new, you have to understand that things go wrong and stuff like this happens.
it is all out of the customer service managers hands, yes it would be nice if he was a little more affectionate or understanding, but he was just doing his job. it is not HIS fault that the product failed but the fault of the company. as a part of the company though he should be willing to help.
Good customer service is hard to find anywhere you go. if you would have bought that product from a local dealer than they would have given you a new one and they would have paided the shipping. yea the internet is a good thing cause you get cheaper prices but you are lacking the good customer service and the people standing behind the product.
i have never bought anything from stillen and i hear good things and bad. but with any company you are going to have your bad experiences and you are just going to have to deal with it. not to be rude but this is what you get when you buy things over the internet. poeple just blow you off and say they have nothing to do with it cause they never see you in person and they dont make a whole lot off of the product.
so thats why you get it cheap over the internet is because you do the research, you find the product you want, and all they do is take your money and ship it to you.

Since you're a member of b15, let them know that our own Igor is personally looking into this, and will be contacting Steve Millen directly.
This affects him too, especially since he's a 350Z owner.
