really easy..., remove the wheel, there will be probably 2 bolts holding the calliper on, remove those and slide it out of its little housing, with a little effort the pads should come out, all you have to do is and make sure to suck some fluid out of the brake fluid resvoir before you do this, is push the pistons back inside their cylinders. after that, put the new pads and any shims, or what not ( like raybestos noise solution).. or what not, or if OEM.., you'll probably need a grease for brakes and be reusing the old plate. put the calliper over the assembly, tight you're two bolts to factory specs, then you should bleed the brakes, with the little nipples near the callipers.., they have hand tools for that, you connect a little hose, and like a squirt gun, pump the lever, and it sucks out fluid to try to get rid of any air in the lines, make sure the resivoir full when the brakes are on, and then, turn the nipple counter-clock-wise to unscrew it but not all the way, then attach the hose, and suck the fluid out until there are no bubbles, do this for both callipers in the front, and make sure the resivoir is full, and put the tires back on,. and you're done

if you have any questions or input on my suggestions let me know
