How much money to spend? And how fast do you want to be? Able to beat Preludes? Able to beat Mustang GTs? Able to beat Camaro SS'? Able to be Vettes? Able to beat Vipers?

what kinda of inregra?
ls, gs, gsr?
well i would go turbo b\c i love turbo and the aftermarket is big on turbo parts for honda\acura, you can make big hp out of a turbo honda acura, i would say 350wheels hp saftely and reilably with the right supporting mods,
this is what i mean :
REBUILD INTERNALS
LOW COMPRESSION PISTONS, RODS
RE SLEVEED BLOCK,
TURBO KIT,
INTERCOOLER,
B.O.V.
FUEL SYS MODIFACTION, (450CC+ INJECTORS, UPGRADED FUEL PUMP, FULE PRESSURE REGULATOR)
MSD
S-AFC
3"EXHAUST
A DYNO TO TUNE IT ALL
MAYBE A PIGGY BACK ECU
NEW AXELS
CLUTCH
FLYWHEEL
i think thats all but i might of forgot some stuff

He said LS.
I would start with a turbo on stock internals. Building it up first would cost a lot at one time. Edelbrock is coming out with a kit for LS tegs, just wait for that one. The stock setting is probably like 8 PSI, even if you ran that and got a good 3'' exhaust system you should be pushing 230 HP to the wheels.

its an ls when is that new turbo kit comin out one of the guys i hang out w/ has a 94 ls that was rebuilt w/ a del sol heads upgraded ecu and some other miss stuff its quick but i wanna be much faster i got around 5k to spend right now and more later on so what should i do first the motor has just under 100k on it should i rebuild if so what should i do any ideas help

if you have 5k to spend now i would recomend re-builing the motor for turbo b\c the motor has 100k on it. and you can only boost 8psi saftly on the stock internals. and if you rebuild the internals you can go with a bigger turbo set-up run more boost and make more hp.:bigthumb:
since you got more $ comming on the way you can put on a god turbo kit after the motor is built. i suggust after building the motor get the supporting mods for the turbo like injectors, pump, fule rail, and regualtor, a msd sys, and then drop on the turbo kit with a intercooler, b.o.v. 3"exhust, and if you want a external wastgate.
good luck

If you plan to run more than 14 PSI you need to resleeve the block. Then get Eagle rods and JE or WISECO pistons. I would get WISECO, they come with their brand rings.
I didn't know you had that much $$$ or else I would have said to rebuild first, I was giving a cheaper alternative that still makes good power.
But get 9:1 compression, 8.5:1 will just cut out your bottom end power too much. You can run about 18 PSI with 9:1 compression on pump gas premium-93 octane. The Edelbrock kit can do 18 PSI no problem, that turbo that comes with it will spool EXTREMELY fast-especially with free flowing exhaust. Remember, you don't need any backpressure when you have a turbo. Plus that kit comes with a new manifold with a secondary fuel rail and 4 additional injectors. The only thing you need to get (besides exhaust)would be a high flow fuel pump, because your stock one won't provide enough fuel to compensate for 18 PSI.

You can buy the parts you're going to need for the rebuild. Don't waste the money on bolt-ons, you will probably have to take them back off when you put the turbo on anyway. Like intake and exhaust I wouldn't worry about. Maybe you could do things like upgrade your ignition.
But the Eagle rods and Wiseco pistons should run you about 750 dollars.

I wouldn't upgrade the ignition, I'd save for a standalone management system that has the ability to retard timing with boost. Honda/Acura (aka Honda) ignitions are very efficient and powerful enough for these motors. Internals would be VERY nice. I wonder what the Edelbrock will do to address fuel supply? It will probably be like the Civic kit with extra injectors, but supposedly their FMU in the kit retards timing with boost. :loser:

I meant things like plug wires and coil etc.
The edelbrock kit comes with a new intake manifold with a secondary fuel rail and 4 additional injectors, thats awsome. And yes it does come with ''state of the art electronics to control boost, fuel and timing retard''. That was taken from their catalog.
