Sound system. Please help!

I was driving around today, and all of a sudden, my front left tweeter is crackling. I want to replace it, but how the hell do you get it out of there? Do you have to pry it out or something? Remove entire dash?

you have to take out the bottom part of the dash and reach up there and pretty much feel your way around.
