hell your prism is the same thing as a Toyota Camry, people would hate so much on it if it had those labels, but most just hate on it because it says geo or chevy now, sorry. I would say see what all engines can fit in there and swap a monster engine in there, and then let them hate. lol

Spiffy. Never seen a riced out Chevy before, more power to you! Ignore the posers in autodomain, atleast 90% of them dont actually own the car they display.so who's going to do up a fiesta to give that guy some comp.?
1.6L 108 hp I4 - '91 Civic SI
1.8L 120 hp I4 - '98 Chevy Prizm
hmmmm no offense to either side but you guys would make for a rlitivly even matchup, only chevy knows what torque is :)

You've probably never seen a cavalier or any camaro in my area... the ricers put away civics and integras long ago to rice out mustangs and camaros around here anyway... we are letting them distroy those cars, it's helping the population by taking more dumb-estics off the roads and getting rid of the true ricers too.
only chevy knows what torque is
yup... it's why you are sitting there spinning your tires while whoever you race is leaving your ass in the dust :loser:

Hehe well say what you want so long as you play the throttle the right way tractions easier to keep, thats why we dont roll on those little inertube tires Honda's have.
Come to think of it my mom had a v-tec accord V-6. Wasnt a bad car, it got groceries quickly, but I dont see how it could beat the camaro unless I tried launching at 2k RPM's and smoked the hell out of my tires. as a final point theres a reason we have rear wheel drive, though AWD would be choice, ofcourse as you guys know the weight of a car in acceleration is pushed to the rear tires and a FWD car will much much sooner lose traction in acceleration. But dont worry, after you smoke that Ford Fiasta, and pull an utterly devastating 18.5, you'll have enough gas to drive to columbia and back, 5 times! :thefinger unless ofcourse you got as much power or more then a camaro/mustang. though power is directly related to fuel consumption. (HP approx lbs/hr * 16 but can be more accuratly gaged by HP = torque * rpm / 5252 * torque, and as we all know as RPM's rise so does fuel consumption) and dont even bring in reliability issues you get 375 HP out of a civic and it just wont be reliable and fuel efficient, plus I'm yet to see civics with DR's on the front wheels :iceslolan
SURE an overwhelming majority of us might live in trailors and have mullets, our aunt might also be our wife, but I'm not one of them, so till then
PS - don't take it personal it's all in good fun, Mitsu's and Acura's kick ass IMHO, mustangs arn't fun to compete with any more. anyhow class is almost over so I'll stop ranting and let you do something worth your time. maybe wings west is having a sale :icesangel

my opinion, paint it all one color and lose the wing and it wouldn't look bad, it would look like any other import with a kit. but i don't think it looks too shabby, just paint it

truck engine = power... bigger = power... dump truck engine should equal major power? correct? isn't that the typical dumb-estic logic? you see you guys dont even know how to keep traction, I've blown too many people away in a fucking dodge spirit 3.0 and they are saying "man, that thing must be using nawz or some shit" and just general whining from my mildly modded mitsu-powered beater beating their modified camaro and mustang... which btw, you are right, mustangs are no fun to play with anymore. Wow, if you do actually get traction off the line by the time your'e in 3rd my auto is going into 2nd and taking off... something about the difference between high-end torque and low-end torque... also something to do with car engine v/s truck engine. So while your car struggles to get to 90mph I'm already topping 134mph and you are long gone in my rear-view. Luckily enough I have the driving skills to maneuver my car at those high speeds. But anybody knows the straights are for fast cars... and curves are for fast drivers... so why dont ya go sling your boat off the side of a mtn like the rest of the typical 16 y/o's do that try to compete with the big boys...
btw, just general info, I started modding GM's long before I got into imports... I just know what's better

lol holly christ calm down kid, I'm sure your car can hit 130 in a 1/4 mile, I'm sure you did start modding GM engines first, and I'm sure your such a godly modifier that you can predict my driving expertise. -cough- anyhow I didnt saytorque was the sole reason of a camaro's acceleration over a civics, along with a rather much lighter weight to a massive dumptruck, let alone engine, which by the way is also designed to travel 100's of thousands of miles, not to mention the whole truck is designed to lug tons upon tons of cargo... personally I love Acura's with a passion, Honda's suite me nice to, but something about the giant rumbling V8 and the thought that thousands of wales are burning in oil slick so I can stomp the gas and get that satisfying G-force really seperates it from other low-quality american cars like the dodge stealth. Lets not forget the blinging interior that comes in my car, cheesy plastic adore it along with that wonderfull crappy cloth, hey lets not forget the leaky convertable top either, I know my car isn't a god among cars, people who own ferrari's wont marvel at it's magnificents but you know what? I've wasted 5 minutes typing this so I'm going to be damn proud of my car if only for reasons of my ego and that beautifull small block in there, because if you can't take a joke than it's in my oppinion you should ride against traffic on a tricycle on a major highway.
Anyhow I do have a rather serrious question, we recently hooked up nitrous to my friends acura for shits and giggles mainly, but we seemed to have killed a cylinder, so now we have a 3 cyl. acura, the spark plug fires and we can remove it while the engine is running without any disernable intrest, is there any way in hell this can be repaired or is it time for an engine swap?
oh yea, as for the inbred thing, Little Marry-Ann at the farm next door that I drive my tractor too says she don't think we gots any family ties so its probibly be legal, now 'scuse me I gots to go harvest some wheat for the market...
