Can anyone suggest an upper tower bar and a rear one as well that i won't pay an arm and a leg for? I don't need or want the best there is, just something that i can tell the difference when put on. And can someone freakin' please tell me the differences between strut, tower, and arms. I know they all serve the same purpose. They all go in the same place and are suposed to do the same thing, but of course strut bars are worthless right?

Honestly, I'd just say get a rear swaybar, and then an opper strut tower bar if you so desire. Strut bars or tie bars won't help with body roll, but they will stiffen things up a little. I have a Neuspeed 4-point upper front strut bar, and it's about one of the best design out there, it's not terribly expensive either, well if you get the black painted model it's not. About $120 for it most places, maybe even less. I still have that Si rear swaybar though if you're interested. Hit me up sometime. :)

Struts are shocks
Towers are where the strut/spring mount to
Arm are suspension parts : lower control arm, A-arms, trailing arm . . .
Strut tower bars, upper tie bar is the same thing with a different term used. There is a difference between front upper/lower & rear upper/lower -- they each have their place & function
Tie bars with hinged ends are worthless, the solid 4-point Neuspeed is nice & also their rear upper bar - solid bolts, no flexing. The point of tie bars is bracing, whats the point if it flexs/moves under pressure?
If handling is what your after, upgrade the rear sway bar & add a rear lower tie bar. Assuming you have a good set of tires, shocks, springs, or coilovers. Then worry about the uppers since their biggest improvement is looks
