That's what I had asked you about before. I can't find anything about it on Studio 27's site. :( I don't know what they are. They cost a heck of a lot more than just the decals, though.
NSX-GT "Raybrig" JTGC 1999 Conversion Kit (http://www.hlj.com/cgi-local/hljpage.cgi?S27TK2409) - 3800 yen
NSX-GT "Mobil 1" JTGC 1999 Conversion Kit (http://www.hlj.com/cgi-local/hljpage.cgi?S27TK2410) - 3800 yen
NSX-GT Castrol JTGC 1999 Conversion Kit (http://www.hlj.com/cgi-local/hljpage.cgi?S27TK2411) - 3800 yen
"Conversion kit" - what's that mean?

If I remember rightly, the front nose cone is different, so the conversion will be the correct nose, and what ever other changes were made for that year, maybe the wing!
As for stopping you! I never regretted buying any kits! I love doing it and I wouldn't have the money that I spent still anyway!
As long as you don't part start them, they are still worth something!
ebay showed me that!

Okay. Help me figure this out...
The Tamiya C/M kit is of this version:
http://t-j-motorsports.virtualave.net/NSX/jgtc.jpg
Looks familiar, right? Note the "16" number decal in the center of the hood.
Here is the next version. Almost exactly the same, but the hood number has moved to the left of the car.

Sorry it such an odd angle, but it's really hard to find this version. This is the one from 1999, AFAIK.
This is the most up-to-date version, which was in the 2000 season... (?)
http://www02.so-net.ne.jp/~nsxjapan/image/castrol.jpg
So, if the conversion kit says 1999, it must be for the semi-update (the middle pic that looks almost the same), not for the totally cool redesign (third pic), right?

hmm.. i guess.. but I also noticed that different driver has different coloring on his car too.. since they usually have 2 cars on the track each season.. their coloring is a bit different then each others.
