Nice! I wanted to put that rally mechanics set in my last order, but I don't think it was available then or something. Maybe I'll order them next time I order. Anyway, please post pics when you paint the mechanics, I need some reference photos, as I'm just getting into figure painting, and I'm still learning.

I will try and post some bigger and clearer pics soon. I literally got back home from work to find the familiar HLJ box waiting for me. Whipped out the contents and the digicam.
The Subaru kit is a new tooling, as they never made this version of the Scooby or the previous one. Not bad, but I suppose the proof is in the building.

My plans are pretty straightforward at the mo'. I offered up a set of Workmeister's to the body last night and it suited it much better than the box-stock wheels. Potential body color = metallic black.
I mainly wanted to do a WRC version with the Tamiya kit, so I may order spare parts to do that.
