Turning Noise-2Wheel Drive

I have a 2003 grand cherkee laredo 2WHEEL DRIVE and there is a noise that sounds like the rear tires are rubbing.They're not,we checked.This happens on hard right or left turns,like when turning into a parking space.I can duplicate the noise by driving in a circle with the wheel turned all the way.The 1st trip to the dealer showed a TSB about the metal section of the power steering hoses touching each other,which creates a moaon on hard slow turns.This was fixed but did not solve the problem.Will be going back to the dealer in about a week but would like to have an idea of what's going on.I have a feeling the dealer isn't going to be much help.I hope I'm wrong and I will be very persistant.Any ideas in advance would be greatly appreciated.Don't forget,this is a 2 WHEEL DRIVE Cherokee.Thanks in advance...Mike
