HLJ Item value declaration question

anybody know if HLJ still declares the shipping charges as part of the item value??

I don't know for certain about HLJ but HobbySearch certainly do, so I had to pay customs for VAT on goods and delivery.

ya i don't understand why we should pay taxes on shipping.. :(

The used to do that with my orders, but recently, they only declared to price of the merchandise only. i don't understand why they declare the shipping, I may try and get a refund from customs & excise.

marchandise only for me.. and if they wirte the price with shipping, I would send a email for complain and ask for credit..

They only declare merchandise price in yens, nothing else
