Do you use your headlights during the day?
I sure as hell do- aside from the added visibility people actually see me and don't pull out in front of me etc. etc.
I have also noticed a greater portion of the population using them- so do you use them?

Around town i dont use them during the day.
If i have to travel out of town on the highway i usually just use the driving lights during the day

In Estonia we have to drive with the lights on all the time, day or night, summer or winter. I'm all for it.

I don't drive much during the day.being winter here,it's near dark at both ends of the day shift, and night shift,well...go figure.Curiously, the driving lights on the Skyline do not have an audible warning if left on,unlike the main lights. You'd think that the ones that are most at risk of getting left on after daytime driving...........:bloated:

Mostly. Unless really bright blue sky when completely redundant.

No - I do not use my lights during the day time. My cars do not have DRLs and I do not care to have them.

i dont have a car.... but i really hate it when all the people with those bright halogen bulbs drive around with there highbeams on. I don't think that during the day people will notice you more and not pull out in front of you if you have your headlights on.

I'm not sure why, but a lot of Americans resent daytime running lights.
Driving my car in the US, I've received many hand gestures and highbeams, indicating I should turn my headlights off, something I don't have control over.
I don't think I'd want to anyway - they make cars more visible, which seems like a good thing!

My truck has day times on it. Which I changed the clear bulbs with orange bulbs. And if its raining or just dreary outside then I turn on my headlights.

My headlights screw up my aerodynamics so... no.

All the time. Anything to give me an edge safety wise. Just look at grey, or dark colored cars in you rear view mirror, sometimes they blend in color right into the pavement. At certain times of the day with the sun in your eyes, the headlights of an oncoming car help you to see them better, or at least let you know there's a car approaching.

in Canada, DRL's are standard on every car sold here, even if it's just the signals that stay lit during the day. so i don't have a choice.
trivia bit: my car (1991 Tempest/Corsica) was the first car in Canada to come standard with DRL's.

Intentionally annoying or inhibiting another driver is a stupid thing to do. Don't do stupid shit like that again.
