Need Help...Chrome Trim

Can this be done...I need to create a Chrome trim so i can put a front grille on the bumper of my car. Doesnt make since without a grille.
If it is possible talk to me AIM style or try and set up a tut.
I really need to know how to do it for the latest i am working on.
