i need help on decals

hey guy im new to the fourms but not too new to the modeling buh ive seen a few of the cars here and some say they made thier own decals that look nice too. im in the process of trying to creat signal's drifter x buh he has some realy cool looking stickers on his car that i want to recreate. thanx for the advice in advanced.
