HeadLight Conv. Done (kinda)

Well, i finally finished the hard part of the conversion. The lights are in there nice and tight, wont budge for nothing. They're hooked up and ready to go.
BUT i have to finish the job by making it look nice now.. Like smooth the cut out parts, fill the gaps.. but thats all the EAZY stuff. Im just happy i found the time to get around to that and get the mounting and aligning over with. Heres some pix.. as soon as i finish it 100%, i'll post more pix.

(still need to finish my Prelude Tail Light conv. b4 i can go out on the road )

that looks like shit...your hood looks all mangled on the edges above the lights...

do you need to modify the bumper at all?

but yea it looks good, and it kinda looks the the hood goes over the lights in the one pic.

still doesnt look like they are in very well .... like in the pics where you show the fenders ... but im sure youll keep workin at gettin this shit bagged.

Come on guys, give him some credit, have you ever done any custom body work? of course the 90 accord lights arent going to fit in a 4th gen, that's why they're accord lights.

I highly doubt that he's anywhere near done with this. He's done a pretty damn good job just getting them to mount up that good.

well of course the hood looks like shit.. i had to cut it up cuz the ACCORD 90-93 1pc. PROJECTORS are soo much longer than our lights.. and i said i wasnt done w/ all the gaps and filling in, that includes the hood. With the fender, the corners almost fit in perfectly still. Maybe about not even 1/2 inch off, so thats gonna be easy, and there isnt any mods that need to be made to the bumper.

the deal with the hood, its all cut up above the headlights so that the hood wouldnt just close right up on top of them, and i need to just either fiber glass it smooth, round the corners to make that sleek finished look.. or try some welding, but since im better w/ Fiberglass.. i'll just do that. And i'll get them pix for u guys when more improvements come along.

And how many frickin lights come out of those housings, looks like 3 head lights comming from each side.

but yea jdm 4g4d the three lights are ( correct me if im wromg ) high beams, low beams, and turn signals.

did you actually get the bumper lenses working or not?

stupid me blew the fuse that controls the seat belts, interior lights, tach, back lights...so yea i didnt finish it.

also my right corner lense, the amber part doesnt light up. I checked the bulb but thats not it, so im thinking it must be the wire, but never cut into the wire's, just the cover.

-Actually the lightin part waz alot eazier than i thot it'd be. i thot i'd have to go get the headlight wiring from a accord, but you can actually just plug em' right in. It came w/bulbs.. but they're crap, so ima replace em' w/ them Halogens, super bright whites.
-The hardest part of this whole thing soo far was replacing the radiator w/a smaller one, cuz the length of the headlights would interfere.. cutting the car up (hood, metal that supports radiator) .. only other thing really besides finishing w/fiberglass and bondo.. is making the brackettes.

I think its going to look really out of place. :confused:

Anyways, regardless of how it turns out...I give you mad props for putting in the work on you own...There aren't many of us that can say we've even tried anything remotely as involved as this.
